Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and bitters.
- Shake briefly (8–10 seconds) until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass over fresh ice (or no ice if using a coupe).
- Top gently with prosecco.
- Garnish with grapefruit twist and rosemary.
